We currently ship to Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $99 AUD:
Standard AU Shipping — $9.95 AUD

Orders $99 AUD and over:
Free AU Standard Shipping

 

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.

Please note that delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will be happy to help check the status of your parcel.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can help investigate.

 

Customs and Duties

For Australian orders, customs duties are not usually expected for standard consumer orders.

However, any customs processing delays, import requirements, or charges outside our control remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
